2. Ordering Process

  • Orders: All of our products are bespoke and made to order. When placing an order, please provide the required details, including fabric choices, design preferences, and measurements, as specified in the product listing. It is your responsibility to ensure these details are accurate.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order. Please review this email carefully and notify us immediately if there are any errors.

  • Payment: Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit card and PayPal. All prices are listed in GBP (£), and payments will be processed in this currency.

3. Pricing and Taxes

  • All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) at the prevailing rate in the UK. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, please note that customs duties, taxes, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the order total and are outside of our control.

  • We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time without prior notice. Prices will be confirmed at the time of order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: As each item is handmade and bespoke, please allow up to 5 weeks for any Shop items and 6-12 weeks for any Bespoke items. We will inform you of any delays as soon as possible.

  • Shipping: We offer both domestic and international shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and destination.

  • UK Orders: Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 2-5 working days from dispatch.

  • International Orders: Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination and customs processing. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: International customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon arrival in their country. These are outside of our control, and we cannot be held responsible for these charges.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Custom Orders: Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. Please double-check your order details before submitting them to ensure accuracy.

  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at enquiries@madeleinedaisy.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund where appropriate, provided the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • Alterations: If you request an alteration to an existing product or a new alteration service, please ensure you provide accurate details and measurements. Once completed, alterations are final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

6. Cancellations

  • Custom Orders: Once a custom order is confirmed and production has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations. If you wish to cancel an order before production begins, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but cancellations cannot be guaranteed once work has started.
